Families in the Highland Hills area who are planning to attend the Mayor’s Back to School Fair on Friday, Aug. 5, have the option for free transportation from the Highland Hills Library courtesy of DART. DART will offer free transportation from the Highland Hills Library to the event at Fair Park.
