Are you looking to help Dallas students achieve their dreams?

Dallas ISD – Human Capital Management (HCM) will host two districtwide, in-person job fairs at – on July 21 and August 4 – to fill Campus-based positions.

Both events will be held in the Emmett J. Conrad High School gymnasium from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Over 100 Dallas ISD school administrators will be meeting with applicants and holding job interviews on-site. Principals will be seeking to hire teachers, as well as other campus based positions, such as counselors, assistant principals, teacher assistants, and campus instructional coaches. Candidates will have the opportunity to be offered onsite positions, and get started on their hiring process.

“Dallas ISD is seeking passionate educators that can bring excellence and equity in education to every student!” said HCM Recruitment Manager Diana Castaneda. “If you are an aspiring or experienced teacher seeking to join one of the area’s most prominent and forward-looking school districts, this is your time to apply! Take an opportunity to join our team of teachers with a starting salary of $60,000 and a $2,000 hiring incentive!”

Applicants must register for the job fair they’re planning to attend beforehand and must bring their resume, teaching certificate or proof of teaching eligibility to the event. HCM strongly suggests that attendees complete the 2022-2023 Teacher Application prior to the event.

Jobseekers who are career-transitioners interested in teaching for Dallas ISD are welcome to attend and learn about the tuition-free Dallas ISD Alternative Certification Program. Candidates can begin the enrollment process by speaking with our Dallas AC representatives at the job fair.
