Trustees recognize six outstanding robotics teams

The Dallas ISD Board of Trustees on June 24 recognized five outstanding robotics teams!

Trustees formally recognized:

The OwlBots of the School for the Talented and Gifted in Pleasant Grove for earning the Excellence Award at the Middle School VEX IQ State Tournament.

The LadyBots of Casa View Elementary for earning the Excellence Award and Teamwork Champion Award at the VEX IQ State Tournament, and the Online Challenge STEM Research Project Award at the VEX Robotics World Championship.

The Robolution B of Alex Sanger Preparatory for earning the Teamwork Champion Award at the Middle School State Tournament.

The Robolution Z of Alex Sanger Preparatory for earning the Teamwork Champion Award at the Middle School State Tournament.

The RoboBeasts of Robert T. Hill Middle School for earning the Excellence Award at the Middle School VEX IQ State Tournament​, and the Innovate Award at the VEX Robotics World Championship.

The Girl Powered of Winnetka Elementary for earning the Energy Award at the VEX Robotics World Championship.
