SOC, Skyline advance to semi-final football playoffs matchups


Week three of Texas UIL football playoff action sees an undefeated Skyline High School Raider team advance from the 6A Division I-Region II Area matchup against Belton in a 49-7 victory at the Waco ISD Stadium Saturday afternoon.

Skyline (12-0) will face-off against Klein Collins (11-1) at 4 p.m., Friday, Nov 28, at Waco’s McLane Stadium for the UIL football semi-finals.

South Oak Cliff carried the momentum gained from the gridiron battle against Lancaster into a 55-35 win over Marshall this weekend. SOC (9-3) will play Frisco Heritage (10-2) at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, Nov 29, at the Cotton Bowl in the 5A Division II-Region II Semi-final.
